Wear parts, hydraulic cylinders, pumps, seals and filters are stocked for every model we sell. Send the machine serial number and a photo of the part — we identify it and ship by express courier within 48 hours.
12 months or 1,000 working hours, whichever comes first, on structure and hydraulics. Engine warranty runs on the engine maker's own terms and is honoured through their local network, which is usually faster than routing it back through us.
FOB Qingdao is our default quote; CIF and door to door on request. Payment is 30% deposit with the balance against the bill of lading copy. L/C at sight is accepted on container orders. Lead time is 15 to 30 days on stock configurations, longer if the build is custom.
